After working hard to set up your Wall Control and getting your tools organized just right it would be a shame to forget where they go. The roll of tape is like a big sticker. Simply trace out your tool on the back of the roll and cut the shape out. Then peel off the backing and stick the shape to your panel in the location you would like the item stored.
Step by Step
Step 1: When you open the box the Shadow Board Tape will come in a plastic bag for protection. Remove the plastic from the roll.
Step 2: Unroll the tool tape for tracing to the desired size and place on the table with the back of the tape facing up. This will be the back of the "sticker" and is the more paper-like side you will peel off in the end.
Step 3: Lay out your tool(s) on the back of the tape and trace them.
Step 4: Note that the direction the tool is traced will be opposite of the direction it will face on the pegboard because the tracing is on the back of the tape and will have to be flipped over to attach to the pegboard. (Ex. If you want the hammer to face left, you need to trace it facing right)
Step 5: Cut out your traced tool silhouette.
Step 6: Peel off the Shadow Board Tape and place in desired location. Keep in mind not to cover any holes or slots the hooks and accessories will need to engage in. It will help to map out where you would like the Tools and Hooks on the pegboard before your peel and stick the Shadow-Mark tape to make sure everything is exactly how you want it.
Step 7: Put your Pegboard Hook or Accessory Back on and you're done! Now Get Organizing!
